Shipping

We like things to be simple and we think you do too. In the US, we offer the lowest possible rate options per product for any number of orders. Most orders are processed within 48 hours and take 2 to 3 business days to ship.

*Adding additional products to a subscription order will increase the shipping fee, but if your order is over $50 it will ship for free in the US!

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time but certain locations may be eligible for 2- or 3-day shipping and will see that option at checkout. Please note that if you place your order after noon ET, it will ship out the following day and then shipping will take 2 business days from there. 

*COVID / Holiday Notice: Currently, the majority of packages are still arriving within our estimated shipping dates, but during peak holiday shipping or COVID 19 outbreaks there may be delays in transit. We will usually let you know of any delays either via the banner at the top of our site or via email. Thank you in advance for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions! 

Our warehouses are moving and grooving! Usually orders ship within 24 hoursbut please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your order. 

In times of high demand - like during a big produt launch or around the holidays - processing may take a bit longer. We’ll let you know when this changes via the banner at the top of our site. 👍

Most US orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on our supplier locations. We have suppliers located in Germany, India, Vietnam and China. In addition to customs hours and local delivery services. 

International orders will usually ship through the post office, so you can work with your national postal delivery to pay customs and have your products released for delivery (i.e. in Canada, check with Canada Post for final delivery)

We offer international postal shipping (shipments will go through our U.S. postal service and transfer to the postal service in your country). Shipping costs/times are calculated at checkout and you can choose the level of service depending on the delivery location.

Customs, tariffs, and duty fees may be due upon delivery and are determined by local countries. We try to use the postal system as much as possible to prevent higher fees.

We’ve also sent you a USPS tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, which will have details on the whereabouts of your package. If your order has been marked delivered and you can’t find it, please clik here for more tips.

Tracking an International Package

If you are an international customer, you will be able to track your package with your country’s postal system using the same tracking ID we sent in your shipping confirmation email. 

Depending on where you live, your post office may hold your package at a pick up point or there may be customs fees due before they can deliver your sauces. It helps to try tracking your package on your postal service’s website or to contact your local postal branch directly first if you have questions about final delivery. 

You can change the address for your hot sauce delivery anytime before your monthly order is created by logging in to manage your subscription settings.

If your order confirmation email has already come through for the month and the address is incorrect, please reach out to us ASAP

Product

Don’t worry, we will make sure that you get the product you ordered! We just like to give the mail carrier the benefit of the doubt as sometimes it gets marked delivered before making it off the truck.

You can now cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, if you need to make any updates. Click "View Your Order" in your confirmation email

International Shipping Options

We offer international shipping via the post office (shipments will go through our postal service in the US and be transferred to your postal service in your country). Shipping costs / times are calculated at checkout and you may be able to choose the service level depending on your delivery location. If you receive a broken product or have any other problem with your order, please respond to the order confirmation email with a photo of the product in the packaging.
Don't worry, we will arrange a replacement for you or refund the amount spent if our suppliers no longer have the product in stock.

You can return an order once the outer packaging is unopened immediately by simply writing "return to sender" on the shipping label and placing the package back in your mailbox/giving it to the postal worker. Do this within 30 days of purchase. This way the post office will return it to us and we can reimburse the cost of the product!

We do our best to describe every detail on the product page and list all available information so you know exactly what to expect. That being said, we want you to be happy with the product you receive!

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
